Does 2Mighty allow exchanges or returns?
Yes! 2Mighty allows only 1 exchange/return within 7 days of the package being delivered to the customer! The item/product must be in the condition it came to the customer when the exchange/return is being conducted. The condition of the item is to be determined by 2Mighty solely. The item wished to be exchanged/returned must be the same product as the original order and/or must equate in cost. Exchanges/returns are not available for custom orders due to customization. The customer would pay for shipping to 2Mighty, and 2Mighty would pay the shipping to send the new item back to the customer.

Of course, before making the exchange/return, the customer should contact 2Mighty, so that this process can be a smooth one. Other information 2Mighty would need is tracking info of the package shipped and, if applicable, desired item to exchange. The package MUST have tracking information to avoid delays.
If the product sent back does not represent quality in which the customer received the item, 2Mighty will not pay for shipping the item back to the customer. In that case, the customer would pay for shipping to and from 2Mighty. Another case that would bring about this situation is the customer changing his or her mind about the return/exchange once the package has already been sent back to 2Mighty.
Products MUST be sent back in order to receive an exchange or return. For refunds, 2Mighty will issue the customer money back (not including shipping) on or before 5 business days after product(s) have been delivered back to 2Mighty. For exchanges, 2Mighty will send out requested product(s) within a week after product(s) have been delivered back to 2Mighty.
